FAQs
Do I need a skin/ patch test?
Yes! If you’ve never coloured your hair before or it’s been longer than 6 months, you will have to come in and get a patch test. If you’ve had no reaction within 48 hours, you’re fine to have colour. You will not need to have a skin test if you’re not having colour on your scalp (eg foils).
Do I need a consultation?
If you’re unsure what service you’re looking for, you’re always best to book a free consultation. This is also a good idea if you want an accurate price, as it means we can see your hair and know exactly what we’re doing before we quote. If you just want an appointment without coming in first, it’s not a problem.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
How do I book or change an appointment?
You can book, rearrange, or cancel your appointment easily online through our Fresha booking system. You’ll see all available dates, times, and services, and you’ll get instant confirmation by email or text.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. All the details of our cancellation policy are shown when you book through Fresha. If you can’t make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
I’m not sure what I want – can you help me decide?
Absolutely. If you’re unsure, book a consultation or arrive a little early for your appointment and we’ll talk through your ideas, hair history, and maintenance level. We’ll then recommend styles and colours that suit your face shape, hair type, and day-to-day routine.
Can I buy the products you use in the salon?
Yes. We use professional products chosen to support the health and condition of your hair, and many of these are available to purchase in-salon. Your stylist can recommend the right shampoo, conditioner, and styling products for you to use at home.

Rehab Hair Salon has a 17 year reputation for great Customer Service. We are focused on the client as soon as they walk into the Salon, making you feel relaxed as you enter a new environment. Every team member understands how they feel when they enter a new environment, so we put ourselves in the Client’s shoes.
