She was professional, took great care of my hair, and gave me really helpful advice on how to look after it. She was also so kind and made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. Everyone else at the salon was friendly and welcoming too, which created such a lovely, positive atmosphere. I'm so happy with my hair and will definitely be coming back. Made the 1 hour 30 minute drive from the Cotswolds to Coventry, and it was definitely worth it. Had a haircut and beard trim with Chris, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I wasn’t completely sure what style to go for, but he took the time to make suggestions, talked me through what would suit me best, and made sure I was happy with the final result.
